You can tell a lot about a business by how happy the employee's are. I had struggled to find the right place to bring my animals for almost 6 years. It only took one visit to Northwood Animal Hospital for me to know that, without a doubt, this was the place for me. The staff was friendly and professional and treated my little ones and I like family from the moment I walked through the door. They always cheerful and happy to help with whatever my veterinary needs are. They clearly love what they do and make going to the vet an always positive experience. Thanks a million!
Northwoods has been our family since we moved here 7 years ago. We have entrusted the care of our 20 year old cat and two dogs. Dr. Jen has helped us make great decisions for our pets. The staff....we hope you never leave. We love you like family.
Estimated quill removal would be ~$600 for our pup (at normal working hours). Made me pay $300 before they would start working on him and then charged $617 more dollars when we picked him up. The bill says that 4, 15 min quill removal costs $488! They were unfeeling and lacked understanding. The absolutely worst experience I have ever dealt with.
Love, love, love Northwood Animal Hospital! My girls Daisy and Lilly absolutely love them all. I would not trust anyone else to care for my dogs! The staff is friendly, professional, compassionate, caring and they really do care about our pets as much as we do. If I could pick 10 stars I would!
Love all the people that work there! They know my pup and her issues (always has the same itch every year) and is always taken care of so well. I've suggested many people to come here. So worth every penny!!
